This hospital located in the good location. I was here since I was little until now they changed the hospital name. Doctor and nurses are always taking good care of the patients. Staffs have a very service-minded. My son has no intention of choosing an other hospital for sure.

I had had an external haemorrhoid outbreak since January 20th and was experiencing severe pain on January 22nd at night. So, I decided to go to CGH and ask for a painkiller. The lady boy nurse spoke to me sarcastically, “Why didn’t you treat haemorrhoids before they are outbreaking?" and then also teased me with other people that she had already told me that I needed to see a surgery doctor tomorrow. It is very common knowledge that my case is not an emergency, which children also know. I didn't ask for treatment; I only asked for a painkiller that could help me sleep that night, which is why I wanted to see a GP. Then, two general GPs came to see me and asked me normal questions in an obviously rude manner. The first question she asked me was: Do I attend the 30-baht programme or social security? I said I didn't have both, and then she asked, "So, you don't have any work to do?" which is a very rude question. And then she asked me, "What do I actually do?". I told her that I studied for my master's degree, and then she continued to ask me, "Where am I studying?" Is it necessary for medical staff to want to know my private information? Apart from her rude tone, she also did harm to my privacy. After getting my medicines and an appointment, I decided to go to another hospital for better professional staff.

The check in process was efficient and pleasant. The wait time to see the doctor was short. The checkout process and on-site pharmacy were great. The staff, nurse and doctor spoke English. The experience overall was first rate. We definitely recommend this hospital. As an added convenience, CGH Hospital is located next to a BTS station.

Easy parking, attentive service and great professionals in most areas of medicine. Nursing staff are efficient and effective in treating you quickly. Much cheaper than going into the city, but just as good service. I recommend this hospital if you live in the north of Bangkok.

Personnels give a very useful information. The way they speak are clearly and concisely joyful. I'm impressed. Furthermore, it is located near my house, convenient for transporting, and there is also a beverage corner for people who use the service here as well. (Nurses at Health Check-up department are very pretty, especially the one wearing glasses and has short hair. :3)

Waited for 1.5 hours to get clean the wound:( and people who came later than us got to see a doctor first. ( I would rather to go a small clinic if I know it will take this long)

I had a problem with my ears last night. The specialist doctor could see me immediately, she spoke perfect english, so no communication problems at all. Very polite, solved the problem, perfect service!

Initially I was happy and pleased with the emergency room care, diagnostic and follow up procedures I’ve received after I went to the Emergency unit with heavy pains at CGH location at 290 Phaholyothin Road, Anusawari, Bangkhen, Bangkok 10220. However, after many frustrating weeks of empty promises naturally I became extremely disappointed and appalled with CGH service. I was patient and fair in repeatedly contacting different members of CGH staff by phone, email, and in person without receiving certain documents as agreed upon and required by my insurance outside of Thailand. Unbelievably, but true story, that It took 10(!) weeks in order to receive my discharge report after having paid thousands of dollars to this hospital Such delayed service and conduct are completely unacceptable and not professional at all. After payment CGH gave me the complete runaround, played on the the language barrier and simply hoped for me leaving the city of Bangkok/Thailand, as most foreign patients do, without taking responsibility by providing documents as agreed upon. Altogether It was like a pulling teeth marathon, just longer and more frustrating. Safe yourself additional pains plus headaches and please search for an alternative to CGH when in need for medical care in Bangkok. I Can’t recommend CGH.

Nurses and nurse attendants in SURGICAL RECOVERY WARD were amazing, attentive and caring. There was a language barrier as I speak English only but it didnt really matter much. My recovery was smooth sailing and comfortable as can be thanks to them! xx

My wife and I have had our annual check-ups at the CGH for a number of years, and I feel fortunate that we have been in the care of high quality medical staff. In particular, the doctors are very thorough in their examination and analysis, and they take the time to explain their findings clearly. The nursing staff, in addition to being very professional, are kind and helpful. CGH is an excellent institution.
